Mine would be...

5. N.Forest (1)
4. Birmingham (1)
3. N.Forest (2)
2. QPR (1)
1. Derby

How would your top five look? some seriously good goals haven't even made the list there. I was tempted to put the Birmingham one higher up. The control, vision and ball through from Vokes followed by the sublime flick into the top corner from Ings. Great partnership goal.

Definitely agree with the top 2...both sublime. I think the 2nd on Wednesday v Huddersfield was tremendous and possibly nudges out no. 5 but it's hard !

5. Birmingham
4. QPR
3. Preston
2. Derby
1. Huddersfield (2nd goal)...This was given as Championship goal of the week by Gary Birtles and I totally agree with his choice. Just watch the goal over and over, it's simply sublime. First touch with the underside of his boot, a second touch to set himself up and then a Messi-esque finish into the far corner. Very few players, and I include Premier League in that, can finish in such a majestic fashion.
Just hope to God not too many Prem managers saw that goal.

His goal against Derby was fantastic; yet I'm tied to his finish against Blackpool. Love seeing a well-worked set piece from the brains on the training ground.

Absolutely, is that 22 for the season now?...(including his two for England)

A little way behind Charlie at this stage last season but still on track for 30+.

Of the few I've seen live this season, Derby was the best

And yet another absolute blockbuster today. :D

Goal just been given as "pick of the day" on Sky Sports News.

How do you put a value on how much this lad is worth to us? It's getting harder by the week to hold on to Danny. Roll on the 31st January.

I hadn't seen this thread before Saturday but we were discussing it on the way back.

I'll pick five but not putting them in any order, just that they are five very different goals.

1. Derby (a) - great run and neat finish
2. Forest (h) - wonderful header
3, QPR (h) - outstanding link up with Vokes and excellent finish
4. Huddersfield (h) - probably the best of the lot, superb feet to create the space to finish
5. Yeovil (a) - superb strike
