I heard earlier that there were less than 100 tickets left out of our 1400 allocation.

I called them yesterday and they guaranteed i could pay on the day so should be fine

The Southampton turnout was the more surprising. Given that it's our first ever visit to Yeovil I thought we'd sell out.

Just been on twitter,

There will be 400 (includes 50 seated) tickets available pay on the day, +?2 on normal price.

08-01-2014, 04:48 PM
...And we have sold over 1500

Thats good, cos' it's a 100 mile trip for me and I'm not going if it's bucketing down.

'Crikey 1400 if we played a team on the moon we would still take a good following arnt we good'

That will never happen. It would be a logistical nightmare, not to mention the lack of gravitational pull - a fundamental law of physics required to play the game of football.

Didn't stop John Beck's Preston.

Think there would be a lack of atmosphere if we did play on the moon!! ;D

Not been in England for 15 years so don't be hard on me! Does pay on the gate mean pay at the turnstile or go to the ticket office and buy a ticket. Cant wait, went every week when we were struggling.

Varies from club to club frenchie.

Clubs try to avoid turnstile payment nowadays but Yeovil is a wee club coming up, so you never know.

Thanks for that, might have to sit with the carrot crunchers and speak French. They only have a loose grip on English down there so no chance of being understood;D

If you are paying on the day you will need to go to the ticket office to purchase a ticket rather than pay at the turnstiles.

Thanks again.

No problem, I checked with Yeovil. All the advance tickets are now sold.
