Just 2lb off for me this week which I was slightly disappointed with. But in the context of no gym because of Doctor's orders and that means I've lost half a stone since New Year. That cheered me up a little.
I'm now 16.13 from 17.6 at New Year.

14st 1 pound. 4 pounds off my original MM start, more important for me is that my heaviest ever was 15st 1 pound which means I am a stone lighter.

Hopefully I can get another stone off but that won't be easy.

Nice one Heman.

My heaviest was 2 years ago, 18.6. Far too heavy for me, but at least I'm a stone and a half lighter than that already I want to get to about 14.6.

As a few have mentioned, the real challenge is keeping it off.

Same situation.

Lost the first bit dead easy by simply eating properly.

Now I'm at the point of needing to exercise more too but I'm out at work 7:45am to 7pm most days and to be honest, when I get home I don't fancy going for a bloomin run!

Oi fat head you seriously need to do summat to that over large frame of yours...even the triple sized Xmas jumpers dint fit yer...:P

Anyway ...not a good week for me cos even though I lost a credible 5 pounds last week I've put 1back on :blue: but it was a heavy week with meals out..parties and late sessions etc which I should have abstained from so that means I must try harder this week ...back to 14stone 12lbs so still a long way to go...

Haha I've lost plenty and am not even trying and don't feel the need to stand on the scales!!

14 stone 12lbs - feck me, thats super fat when you consider you and Scum are the same height!!! :-p

Losing weight but at a much reduced rate.
Should reach a loss of 1 st. by end of next week.

Am i on my own at thinking it doesn"t matter what the wieghing scales say you are, its how healthy you feel.??

I may be say, 2lb over my target but if i feel good then that should be the main thing, not having a dig boys, well done to you all for your efforts anyway.

12. Stone 6 only lost a pound this week . Not too disappointed tho because goin to gym will also be putting me good weight on as well as taking bad weight off . UTM .. B)

My weigh in is on a Saturday, lost 6lbs 1st week, didn't get weighed last week due to our lass working, going to be weighed tomorrow, but not expecting anything as I've stuffed my face this week, back on track after my weigh in tomorrow before the game.

16st 7lb this week so that's 2lb down on last week.

Have got weighed in the exact same conditions as last week as well (straight after dinner Friday evening.)

I usually weigh in each Sunday morning though. (Was 16st 5lb on Sunday morning, will check again Sunday morning see if that shows a 2lb drop as well.)

Serious question though...have you all given up drinking? apparently this is the dieters nightmare...or have you cut back elsewhere and continued down the p1sshead route?

We could arrange a running club then we could eat and drink as much as we want... 3miles twice a week would do it

Or you could all just drive 3 miles to the gym to run 6 miles on the treadmill.
