The wee man is a District Bar regular when he's in town.

I met him in the Bankhouse pub in Paisley when he was playing for Rangers. He was a gentleman and bought me and my 3 mates a pint.

I think he supports Morton.

Not sure if he has a wee team from a lower league as well.

You think wrong. He's a Rangers fan from Paisley, no matter how much you want to believe differently.

Luckily we don't choose managers based on what team they support(ted).

Deek is doing fine regardless of whatever team he supports, not an issue in the real world , thankfully :):

Who cares who someone supports as long as they do a job for your club?

No doubt one of the bears is already working on the follow-up to the old fictional 'Denis Law is a Rangers Fan' thing that they keep posting.

I think the rangers fans are trying to say he will be their next manager, but they will have to get rid of sally for that to happen

He would be mad to leave Dholly just now. If he keeps going the way he is he'll be back down south within 3 years.

Jimmy Calderwood will be the next Rangers manager.

I have it on good authority.

Fat Salary and his sledgehammer to crack a nut tactics are idolised by supporters of Sevco.

Del is going nowhere.

Del is very happy up here and delighted with the response so far from the fans and the board in backing him.

He said himself how surprised he's been with the support and backing so far and now thinks he can do even more than first anticipated B)

He will return South when he'd finished his work in Aberdeen, he'll get a crack at the EPL some day B)

Managers, like players, will go where they can earn the most.

Very grounded and sensible is Derek.

He will reek carnage on the rest of Scottish fitba before handing over the reigns to Barry Robson.

His next move will be back to Englandshire to a more stable club than Bristol City - he's far too sensible to be bothered with Sevco.

I wouldnt be surprised if he went to rangers if hes a fan, he might not get any offers from england after failing at Bristol or none that he would consider

Yes Deek is v happy with life in the North East of Scotland with no bigotry or sectarian issues. Has no need for protection to follow his every footstep or to check if the pub or restaurant is safe to visit. His family life couldn't be better.
Come oan Albion Rovers...
