I couldn't give a toss about Liverpool.

Niether do I but it was only a comparison with Ings, Vokes Marney and Trippier missing

"Let's put it into perspective !!"

They were better and only the 4th loss all season and 1st one at home. Hardly time to hit the PANIC button!!!

Melt down, melt down, melt down.
Apparently this board functions much better after a Burnley defeat.
We really have been spoilt this season but it still ruins the weekend when they lose with such a poor 90 minutes.

I made exactly the same comparison on the journey home earlier. We were always up against it, but I can't help but be disappointed with the way we performed today. We knew we'd have to be at our best and we didn't get anywhere near that level. Leicester were very good on the day. We weren't particularly.

There's no need to put anything into perspective or make comparisons, it is what it is.

Don't give the professional depressive posters on here any satisfaction.

Gerrard = Marney... I like that one though. :D

Very good observation.
I don't think the guy walking up Brunshaw Road after the match who said "typical bloody Burnley, not turning up when it matters" would agree though.
If the gentleman in question is tuned in - just **** off.

we are still firmly in the driving seat.
