Much better side than 2009,manager light years ahead of most in premiership, will be able to set up a side to compete with the best,It will be tough and we won't have the fun we had last season but what an experiance for Burnley, yes we can, just about

I think we will stay up as long as we keep the pressing game we adopted last season. It scares me how confident i am though. Even scarier and i never thought I'd think this let alone say it but i think we have at least 4 players who could potentially play/be selected for England in the next couple of years.

4? Really?

I imagine you're counting Ings, Trippier and Heaton? Who else?

It's going to be very tough, considering QPR have money at disposal but as we all know enjoy it while it last whether we go down or stay up. The 1-0 win against Man Utd is still fresh in my mind and that overlooks the fact we went down!

I could be firmly talking out of my backside on this and i would have said 2 in Tripps and Ings if it weren't for the disastrous world cup. Heaton is a possibility i also consider Shacks and maybe even Mee as potentials. Mainly because England have massive defensive issues. I appreciate there are a lot of variables that can go against it happening not least Heatons height, Shacks age and Mees perceived lack of pace to 3 and they may not be as good as i think they can be but hey we can only but hope.

As said we are far better equipped both on the pitch and in the dugout than 2009. We need to take more points off the bottom 10 this time, yes the wins against the top teams are nice but they don't keep you up it's the results against the teams in bottom half that do, we are capable of finishing anywhere from 10th to 20th I think we will finish 15th which will do for me.

we will need 20-25 points by the turn of the year. we'd have a right good chance then.

we need the same relentless attitude, one game at a time etc...

I think we will stay up (just).

If Dyche sticks with us for the whole season then I think we will stay up.

We do need several more key signings but as long as he has us organised, closing down and counter-attacking then we will cause a few upsets.

I'm not loyal when it comes to fantasy football, but i'm so confident we'll do well, trips will be the first man in my squad next season.

I think the run in looks really good compared to the other teams who are likely to be at the bottom. I know their has been concern at the 4:4:2 but I think Dyche will adjust if necessary. Let's face it Laws nearly kept us up with a team that was not nearly as good.

Is that what you really think about Leeds Rosey?

Staying up! (Relatively comfortably)

With the new additions to last season's first eleven already on board, the necessary departures and the "still to arrives" - no problem whatsoever. In SD you gotta trust!

Currently at 11-8 to stay up but worth a fiver IMO is top 10 finish (ie half-way up or better)at 10-1.
Whilst I'd be delighted simply to finish 17th, I wouldn't put it past Dyche to get 'em better than that.

jtv - very good, could be the start of a whole new thread. "Leeds are going down faster than"?...

...Blackburn!

We are staying up, by how much will depend on the next 2/3 signings, especially a high quality central defender (e.g. Dawson)

If we can keep the belief and purpose... and Dyche... we'll survive ! B)

We have a chance with Dyche in charge. However, attitude and effort only go so far in the PL. Ultimately you also need quality and I think we are still lacking in key areas. In my view we are currently 4 decent players short i.e central defence, central midfield, winger and forward. If we can address these areas then we should have enough to stay up.

I really hope we do but we need better quality signings. Our squad is better than last time but the gulf between us and the other teams in the prem is massive. Players like Sordell and Taylor won't be enough - the likelihood of Sordell making much of an impact for us are slim I think. Then again, promotion last season was a slim chance. I hope better quality signings will follow

"we need the same relentless attitude, one game at a time etc..."

Yep, I'm just thinking about the Chelsea game. :-)
...but do that and I think, we may.
