Could this be why Allardyce didn't want him in his plans?

Exactly my thoughts.

I'd have him at Burnley, but he'll have to live in those cells in the Cricketfield Stand when he isn't playing...

I understood that Ravel Morrison had an ongoing groin injury that he refused to have minor surgery to sort out? Obviously not.

'Gangsta' wannabe, will throw his career away by being a knob. File alongside Nile Ranger.

It's not his real.

It was the he came up with as a young lad getting 'sussed' by the police. Looked around and that was the two shops that came into his eyeline!

Ferguson got this one right, a talented footballer but a flawed, violent man.

"Wearing a white t-shirt and white jogging bottoms, Morrison, whose address in court was given as Welwyn Close, Urmston, Manchester, but who also rents an apartment at Canary Wharf in London, sat in the dock listening during the hour-long hearing"

Can't he afford a suit?
Or did he think turning up in casual clothes would impress the judge?

Sidney, I'd have thought he went straight to court from the cells.

Waste of talent. What a sad waste of a person. It's despairing seeing young men like him.

Taio, you are correct, I didn't spot that bit in the article I read, my mistake.

I was speaking to a mate tonight who is a West Ham supporter who told me that the younger woman he was alleged to have assaulted was/is his girlfriend who apparently he had also assaulted on a previous separate occassion and the older woman her mother.

Allegedly he has also previously assaulted his own mother and I think that I'm right in saying that he had a fall out with his own father so much so that he doesn't use his father's surname.

Numerous assaults on women including your own mother how low can you get!

I heard him interviewed once. Thick doesn't quite do him justice.

Is post #11 referring to Burnley's sponsor in some way, or who he assaulted?

His salary in 2012 was reportedly 695,000,
that's pretty sickening

I bet it was over double that for 2013.

Rightly so. Bail isn't cheap you know.

Bail is free - unless you meant Bale...
