According to Tamworth Herald, Woolery is set to sign for Bolton ! Thought he had signed or was signing for us. Can anybody clarify.

Gives them a third forward, as they only have two.

My understanding is we agreed a fee with Tamworth but didn't actually talk terms with the lad. It would appear, almost a week later, Bolton did both!

It's a good job Lee Hoos isn't a runner, with the problem he has getting over the line.

the chase is better than the catch...

Maybe he just thinks he'd play more games coming off Bolton's bench than he would in our development squad?

Nah, can't be that

That would make too much sense and also not something that could be blamed on our transfer policy.

hard to give any kind of a toss about this at all.

Maybe it is because Bolton's dev squad play competitive football at a higher level than we are able to, or maybe it is all down to Tamworth getting every penny they can for him.

Bolton and Burnley both agreed fee with Tamworth but the player chose Bolton.
Good luck to the lad but probably better off without him.

Maybe it's this ...

Maybe it's that ...

The problem is, at the moment, it seems like it is always something.

Tony would you say that Bolton's Development Squad is a number of years ahead of ours, say 10?

Perhaps Horseface had a point.
