That will be completely missed by the majority on here Paderborn.

I like what you did, it also sprung into my mind when I saw the title of the thread.

Don't think they've any adult short sleeve home shirts. Someone dropped a ******* with the ordering.

I'm very confused. Surely the way kit should be the SS kit?

Do you mean away SS shirts ? In black, of course. Or brown, possibly.

Oh my little froggy friend... long time no speak.

By that reckoning you also avoid BMW ( made their motorbikes), Volkswagens (Trucks and tanks). You avoid Wagner. You stay away from Motor Racing (Moseley connection) Mitsubishi and Honda Jap planes and armour. :-D

Don't worry DiBranchio. Once upon a time there was a very bad man from Austria... actually he was ok until his mum and dad made him go to live in Liverpool. Anyway his best friend Himler had some police men in very natty brown uniforms who he called the SA. Hitler being the jealous kind Wanted better uniforms so he killed all the men in Brown and asked a effeminate designer to make them some natty knew uniforms. But because his friend was upset he let Himler run the SS and made a new rown uniforms to take care of the people who lived in Germany and France that didn't like them. While the ones in black looked for people who liked Bagels and ate humas.

I just picked up on the fascist theme, elwa, the details don't concern me too much - I'll leave the nit-picking and the Googling to others...

"You avoid Wagner."
Why? He died long before National Socialism was thought of, and had he been alive at the time he would have found Nazism abhorrent. He was a left wing radical in his time and had to flee his own country to escape prison and possibly death.
It's not his fault that Hitler liked his music, or that some of his descendants embraced National Socialism.
True he was anti-semitic, but if we blacklisted everyone who was antisemitic in the 19th century then it would be a very long list, and he worked closely with a lot of Jews.

That looks like Marlon's goalie shirt from the mid-nineties, Lancaster. :)

If it is, no wonder Germany lost the war

Actually Elwa, you're right on all accounts (I'm an audi man ;) )

O:) I try not to nitpic... and I would never google on a light hearted thread. :-p

Yes but Nil_desperandum, as you say the clues are there... did you ever see them in the same room?

"Actually Elwa, you're right on all accounts (I'm an audi man ;) )"

Oooh dear. Most of Auto Union's plants (Audi's ancestor) were turned over to the production of military components during World War Two.

"True he was anti-semitic, but if we blacklisted everyone who was antisemitic in the 19th century then it would be a very long list, and he worked closely with a lot of Jews."

Ah, selective antisemitism. Is that better or worse than total antisemitism?

"Ah, selective antisemitism. Is that better or worse than total antisemitism?"
They are both equally bad, but just because a large number of supposedly educated people in the 19th century had an historic ingrained anti-semitism doesn't mean that they would have supported Nazism.

I now read that away shirts are out of stock, except in small mens. Are they actually serious? Weekend of the opening fixture and you can't even buy a shirt of any kind?

What a complete joke.>:-(
