Are you washing it at 30 degrees and inside out?

Take it back when they get some more in and ask for an exchange

Do you know if they are having problems with them Tony? I seem to remember the shirts when we had Hunters as a sponsor being very poor quality and cracking on the printed sponsor!

always wash inside out, otherwise the combination of wash and drying will crack the logo. works for me. and 30 degrees.

'what does it matter the way its washed'

It matters because the sponsor on your shirt is cracking up. Deary me.

I always wash mine inside out at 30 but they always come out of the machine having turned themselves back.

Do you tumble dry it? Never tumble dry a football shirt. I think it was Oscar Wilde who once said that but I'm not certain.

No, I think Wilde said 'I maybe drunk, but tomorrow I will be sober, and you will still be wearing a Rovers shirt'.

Yes. I know it wasn't Wilde. Artistic licence.
