Has anyone managed to do this on the main website? I've tried to pre-order mine and my sons but both just say out of stock when I add them to basket??? Frustrating! >:(

I'd just wait until they come in. They cocked up the online when the DVD came in too.

I've been going into the shop in town for weeks asking when the 2-2.5 year old strips will be in and I keep being told 1-2 weeks. Like I said I've been told this for weeks :(

To be fair to the staff they are not told when anything is coming in any longer.

I'm not blaming the staff in the shop. Like every place of work the management should be telling the staff the true facts.

I think you should just try and settle on the current seasons stip if I was you. The club shop should have been able to tell you that the old strips are gone...

Thankfully, that doesn't happen very often.

'To be fair to the staff they are not told when anything is coming in any longer.'

If that is the case, why are staff giving customers any timescales for anything coming in?

Their answer should be 'I don't know, but if you give me your contact details, I will find out and let you know'.

Clearly, whoever runs the shop - shouldn't. They are completely incompetent.

We're a Premier League club. The shop should be spotlessly ran, with zero simple cock-ups like the so many they've made.
