View Full Version : Burnley vs Chelsea officially sold out

Every single available ticket sold in both the home and away ends.
It is a complete sell out.

Should be an amazing atmosphere!

I was hoping for a full house. Suppose a sell out will have to do.

There you go, Dave. Just for you. :)

Burnley to win 3-0. It's 250-1. That's my bet.Not that I'm a fantasist or anything...

So what is the official capapcity and therefore attendance tonight as Wikipedia is saying 21,401.

18-08-2014, 01:32 PM
We'll find out during the season but there are more than 21,401 seats in the ground, it's how many are available for use that is the question.

Every ticket might be sold, but I know a few season ticket holders who won't be there, still off on their Jollies. I imagine the Monday night will scupper a number who work shifts or can't get here from various far flung places around the country, so whatever the attendance, it won't be the capacity.

18-08-2014, 01:58 PM
Someone at work has come back from the ticket office and said, when asking for '2 together' that there were two tickets left. One in Bob Lord and one in JMU! Will they give the actual number on or the number of tickets sold?

Odds on a 3-0 victory now slashed to 125-1. I don't know what the odds are on guessing the exact gate. Place your bets on one or the other.I've just put a quid on a 3-0 score.
According to Rupert Sheldrake the universe has a thing called cosmic attraction where future events are willed into being. So all of you, start thinking of a 3-0 victory for Burnley and it will happen.

Or maybe just since the home sell out v Wigan in April eh.
You have some neck coming on here trying to take the p roseylee. Its as if Gareth Gates turned up too heckle at a Springsteen gig.

Honestly lads I'd just ignore the Leeds fan..

For some reason he spends all his time with an unhealthy fascination with this message board!

I've never been on the Leeds one and don't plan too either.

'...start thinking of a 3-0 victory for Burnley and it will happen...'

Decent start (which is very possible) and the atmosphere could be off the charts tonight I reckon. Spurs 2009 good.

3-0 burnley. :D

you will be lucky to get into their half of the pitch. ;D

That Spurs game was the best atmosphere I've witnessed. Great stuff.

I've got a few Leeds freaks down here in Cornwall, one of them thought they were going to beat us this year...ha.
