View Full Version : Swansea predictions

Another fantastic win on Saturday and I think the team shape and system we will use for most of the season, once the players have fully adjusted to this then I can see Pringle and Taylor really come in to their own and start bagging some goals! With both teams likely to make a few changes toneet, I've a feeling that as swansea like to hold and pass the ball this could be a winnable game for us but rather than predict the score I'm going to start with predicting possession first, so I'm going for 32% possession and 2-0 to the millers, always the optimist UTM

To redress the balance, being the eternal pessimist, I'm going for an utter disjointed performance, zero fire power and losing 3-0.

Please god no extra time & penalties, I've got my 8yr old lad with me!

Whilst picking up no injuries and come it through unscathed.!.

@ Exeter.

agree with the zero fire power, but I reckon Swansea will feel sorry for us at 5 goals.

but I've predicted every result wrong so far, so hopefully this is another, and we scrape a 1-0 win with bowery getting his first goal. can at least dream.;)

SE has made it clear that his number 1 priority is staying in the Championship so I fully expect this to be Swansea reserves against the Millers reserves.

As a result a disjointed performance by both teams ends up at 0-0 and we go to the lottery of a penalty shoot out where anything can happen.

Good time to be playing us. We've been poor and the team is likely to be made up of fringe players, youngsters, new comers and a couple of senior players who need shaking up.
It will be interesting to see / hear the welcome you manager gets after his antics with us when in charge of Boston.
I'm hoping rather than expecting a Swans win.

CastleField, "we've been poor"? Looking forward to next season with the Millers in 4th place in the Prem and some fans still saying 'we've been poor'

Evans did say he will be making quite a few changes so anything can happen.

Swansea 0-4 Rotherham :D

I don't think that either side will make as many changes as everyone thinks
