Daily Mail suggesting we are interested in signing Anderson on loan, strange one...

Daily Mail talking absolute *******s at a guess, unless Dyche has abandoned his philosophy of bringing in players that will be good for the group.

Give me strength. If we hadn't already entered silly season we certainly have now.

Lot of Man U fans writing very derogatory things about Anderson including he's not even good enough for Burnley!

on Saturday he reminded me of Traceys waistline when he joined us

amazingley out of condition for a plyer with a premier league club 3 games in from start of season! :s

for starters he's overweight as plenty of pics from the MK Dons game show. He was invisible in that game too...no doubting we need bodies in though

I would prefer Michael Keane from utd unles he has already gone out on loan.

When he came on this weekend, I said even I wouldn't want Anderson on our bench.

Id rather have Sonny Anderson

I fail to comprehend how a professional footballer earning around 2m a year could allow himself to be in such poor shape.

It's not a very good advert for the discipline, or lack of it, at Manchester United and shows how far they have dropped since SAF retired.

His boobies looked bigger than those of his cousin, Pam.

I'd rather have Gillian Anderson, and she's a redhead! :D

Given Dyche's track record with turning players careers round - I'd love to see him take on a Brazilian international midfielder as a project.

Lots of question marks over him of course but as a loan gamble - why not?

Odd. Could be like Djemba Djemba was if he's got his head on, or could be like Paul Stewart was if he can't be arsed.

Utd fan at work doesn't think he'll make their 25 man squad. Yes he came on at the weekend but 10+ players on the treatment table who are above him in the pecking order...

A world class fast bowler running in frpm the cricket field end is just what we need!

Apparently at the turf discussing a season long loan now

he'd be a class signing.

looked as good as the other united midfielders on saturday, certainly no worse.

didn't look particularly overweight either, no more than the likes of phil jones anyway.

doubt there's much in it but if there is, i'd hope we make it happen.

Hopefully this is being reported by Hans Christian Anderson

He's not going to be match fit, he's going to be on huge wages and United fans think he's utter rubbish...but

he made a difference on Saturday and if he wants to reignite his career we could do worse.

Can't see there being anything in this but those saying they wouldn't want him here must be on a wind up.

Dunno what people are saying 'please no' for.

Just like Djemba-Djemba - this could be a superb signing for us, better than McArthur, Lansbury, any of them. This is a guy who is a Brazilian international who has played like 150-200 games for Man Utd and cost them 20m.

He hasn't got a look in recently, but as said above, looked decent on Saturday. Would be an absolutely astonishing coup if we could nab him for the season.

I couldn't care less what United fans think of him - would they be happy with Mark Davies or Steven Reid?

He has more than 100 Premier League games to his - Sir Alex not only signed him for big money but gave him another contract after his first couple of years at the club.

If he is on 60k a week at United then there is no way we will be paying his wages.

Who knows if there is anything in this but come on - as if he wouldn't add something to our squad!

Ian Abrahams just mentioned this on TalkSport and Hawksby also confirmed Chalobah loan.

Goncalo lopes (Portuguese reporter) has just said Anderson is close to signing. Don't know how reliable he is or how true it is though.

Not sure I believe this since his wages would be way out of reach. But I thought on Saturday he was more effective in the middle of the park the Di Maria.

Not happening. Daily Telegraph northern reporter says there was "incredulity at Burnley" when his was mentioned. I think it is a wind up.

The Daily Telegraph are saying that he's not on our radar.

His agent Jorge Mendes has been picked up by Daniel Taylor of the Guardian as being desperate to move on some of his players, so it's probably just agent bull****.

He wasn't very impressive when we had him last season.

Maybe the plan was to play him in midfield and knacker the opposiotion out, runing round him!

Bring back Winston White,..he used to do that!!

Used to feel sorry for the groundsman,..wherever Winston had been,...you could have sworn it was a crop circle...:D

Sounds like this was all agent talk, but the only thing which would have given it a moment's credibility to me is that he's probably known to Heaton, who'll have had 2-3 years at United with him, and this acted as a handy conduit to bring Jones in last summer.
