So how do you stop owning something like a football club?

"Banned from the entire Footy Mad network..."
the news out of Leeds keeps getting better and better.

On SSN at the end of the Cellino article one of the presenters asked "what now for Leeds"...how about bankruptcy for a start

You are generally moving money around around within the clubs financial structure which is classed as fraud. A lot of foreign owners view this as a safe haven

Quote from BBC Sport:

Kevin Blackwell, who was manager at Leeds from May 2004 to September 2006, told 5 live:

"It is a massive football club that really for the past 10 years has been dragged through the doldrums.

"I am with Neil Warnock (Leeds manager from February 2012 to April 2013) at the moment at Crystal Palace. We were having some dinner today when the news broke and we just both shook our heads.

"Leeds are sorely missed from the Premier League, it's a sad situation and a real frustration for the fans."

Can anyone tell me who has missed Leeds being in the Premier League??? >:) >:) >:)

As said above, he's only banned until March. He'll just step back from the public eye for the next three months and then re-appear after that.

It's owned by a company rather than him personally so they won't have to sell, just demonstrate that he isn't involved.

All a bit pointless.

Demonstrate he isn't involved? Well, that should be easy to prove. If Redfearn's still the manager in March, then clearly Cellino isn't involved. XD

However gratifying that is, I find it difficult to believe he could have been a bigger pr!ck somewhere else.
