If they both had the transfer window to wheel and deal in, and all the current squad at their disposal?

Evans over Moore. Never go back. Never live in the past. Moore had an amazing team when he made it to the championship - plus it was a time when championship as many clubs didn't gamble millions to get to the promised land and the majority of teams that went down went back up. Last time we were a small fish in a big pond - this time were a stickleback.

Both Moore and Evans are similar in approach to the game. Neither particularly big on developing players or the club structure long term. Both short term quick fix in the transfer and loans market.

Evans is doing a great job. The championship is much better now the parachute payments have taken effect. we would not have survived 4 seasons on the gates we got at millmoor now. The Championship as moved on.

Yes its an unfair comparison. Ronnie had the talbot grizzle, the byfield shizzle, the john mullin burst and the alan lee thirst. Not to mention the hursty zip and the nicky daws chip.

I would seriously consider trying to lure Ronnie back as he has the experience we need to keep us up...not sure he would come though

Depends on the budget. If we have still got money to spend then Evans. If TS bottles it and prepares for League 1 again (which I don't think he will) then Ronnie without a doubt. He is one of the only managers in all the leagues that consistently out performs his budget. Getting the best out of what he has. Evans is either on or possibly below budget consistently.
