Well, now we've had our say on yesterdays's humbling experience where do we go from here... Some positives can be taken from the 6-match unbeaten league run, though to some extent that merely papered over the cracks, aided by the loan signings, two of whom have now departed. The management team can also be left in no doubt as to those capable of performing at Championship level, where we need to strengthen and how we need to change tactically. So, it could be said lessons will be learnt, albeit from a very harsh examination.

TS should also face the realisation that his dream could be short-lived if changes aren't made. I'm not suggesting at management level, that certainly won't happen (yet), we know there will be changes to the playing squad - and probably more than were being anticipated prior to Saturday - but can we attract the right players by increasing wage levels in an attempt to retain Championship status, and all that brings, without compromising our solvency?

It seems if the club wants to remain at this level they are going to have spend on some decent players for this level, TS may after to find some other serious investors if he can't finance it himself

Good well thought out posts - unusual for this site.
Perspective - 2 promotions in quick succession has stretched us a little and we are short of one or two quality players at Championship level. Our manager is not experienced at this level and is gaining valuable experience all the time. We are being managed financially very well compared to just about all other clubs.
The financial management has enabled us to get where we are and we need to stick to our guns on wages.
The management team has worked well for us and put us in line to survive our first year in the Championship - we need to hold our nerve as supporters and trust in the team that has served us well. We can seek to emulate Bournemouth's development of youngsters eventually but for now we need a manager to pull irons out of the fire to gain us a foothold in this league - that manager is Steve Evans.
