For the first time this season, I'm losing faith that we can survive. First we have the switch to a 'new style' of play, and then we dispense with the services of the one player who has epitomised what might stand a chance of working.

Attempting to implement a new style of play at what seemed to be three days notice mid-season is laughable. Doing it in a way that depended on the services of four loan players whose services couldn't be guaranteed beyond the end of the month (let alone the end of the season) is ridiculous.

There is no sense in trying to play a passing game just because that's what the best teams are doing. If you play the same game as everyone else, but with inferior players, there can only be one outcome. The only hope of success is to outwork and outfight the opposition...play them on your own terms and to your own strengths...and that's an approach that Revell has led from the front on. Totally agree with all this post.The main part missing was someone to play off revs and find the net,once the defence had improved. No idea what to expect now, doesnt look good to be honest.:blue: And the return of cherries next home game ooooohhhhhh. Be a miracle to win saturday at Brentford too. UTM

lets just hope we dont do a cheeesy and sell our best players without replacing them :/ or the writings on the wall.
