At the minute I'm partial to a good piece of Camembert, typically washed down with a glass of Chablis.

30+ people have viewed your thread but not replied, which is a DISGRACE

Anyway...

a nice crumbly Lancashire (with Branston Pickle)

...or Shropshire Blue (goes nice with Ginger Preserve)

I get most of mine from the factory shop at Aspatria creamery, dirt cheap. Their extra mature cheddar is amazing, and they do smoked cheddar when there's demand. Otherwise they do a brie-style cheese near Appleby which is gert lush.

I'm partial to a tesco value cheese slice although I'm doubtful that it qualifies as a cheese.

You are so lucky living in Britain getting good cheese. Shocking here in the US, 3rd world

The Cheese selection in Norway is pretty bad aswell. We can get cathedral city which is good on jacket tatties.
If i'm having Cheese on its own i found a nice Red Leicester with a Stilton centre very nice.
Brown goats cheese is very popular here but its very sweet

Got to admit for a soft spot for Danish Blue.
