I see what you mean - and this is just the grimy old Rawmarsh area from my recent trip.

Yes I did but was in The Rock on January 2nd (after being awake about 30hrs) and they'd run out of food so had to leave after 1 pint and find a chippy. Also sampled afternoon tea in Wentworth on the walk when some of those were taken.

Photos are:
Hoober Stand at dawn
Hoober - Street Lane at dawn
Sunrise over Nether Haugh
Sunrise over Rawmarsh Church
Pottery Pond (Swinton)
Hobber Stand in afternoon sun
Sunset at Greasbrough Dam looking towards Greasbrough Church

Funny thing about the chippy - ordered two large cod and chips - said they had no large cod so we would have to wait 10 minutes or we could have 3 small for 1 large - when we saw the size of the small we ended up with just the 3 small cod and a bag of chips between 3 of us. Hate to think how big the large cod is - no wonder there are some big folk about.

That's a bit harsh gm_gm but you will notice that I didn't include any photo's of the elephant sized dog turds I often had to dodge ;D
