Presumably the Dundee team were alive, and the other team were alive, and the two managers and physios, and the ref and two linesmen, and the ball boys, and all the crowd were alive and all the polis and ambulance men were alive B)

You boys need to stop fighting and join forces once and for all.

Just think..

Bigger stadium, bigger crowds, less chance of administration, less chance of losing players, a better chance of silverware, etc...

Genuinely.

Now I'm running for cover... >:)

What you're saying is that Dundee fans should start supporting United. It's a good idea.

Personally I think that Dundee is big enough to support two sh1t teams. :/

If dundee's last trophy was in 1973 when they beat celtic 1-0 with a Gordon Wallace strike then not only I'm I very much alive but I was there.

It was an early kick off as there was a power strike on at the time ,our record in the league cup even under jock stein was'nt the best

I know it'd be a pain and there's a hell of a lot of tradition and local rivalry, but IF Dundee and Dundee United were to amalgamate, say into Dundee City FC they'd very likely be a force to be reckoned with. Can't see it happening anytime soon but it might be great for Scottish fitba in general.

Inverness Cally Thistle have done quite well and seem to be greater than the sum of its parts albeit the crowds are poor.

Don't know where you get that from mate.

The DAB heartlands of Angus and Fife voted No.
