Tried to take my mind off Wednesday night by watching a film yesterday.

Chose "Catch me daddy" which is a new British Film about honour killing- laugh a minute. Not. Anyway, immediately started recognising places it was set. Rising Bridge Little Chef was one and later I read a lot was filmed in Rossendale.

I can't remember East Lancs ever being in a film (not tv series) apart from Whistle Down the Wind 50 years ago. There's probably loads, but anyone else think of any???
