How dare you try to start this ridiculous ritual without permission?

My apologies. I should have known there would be rules.

Well done, BFB!
I think there are 79 peas and 121 ml of joose.

UTC and a 2-1 win would be nice...:) :)

It has been a considerable time since I participated in the count.

I hark back to the '1959-60' days of the count and I remember my debut performance using 'Hearts of Palm' which were the greasiest, smelliest pile of **** which has ever been described as food. I think there were about 5 of them in the tin but they just fell apart upon removal.

There was also an element of 'splashback' onto my person as I yogged the offending items into a bowl and for weeks later I received comments that I had the odour of a mortuary.

However, it was job done as we secured a ***** victory against Crystal Palace. Those are fond memories.

Lets be honest, things are getting to the desperation stage and I'm prepared to clutch at any straws which may be within reach.

16 peas and 150 ml is my educated guess.

I'm worried about the accuracy of my estimation because these are giiant peas not giant peas. A slippery spanner has been thrown into the works.

I'm guessing 51 peas and 148 mls of premium green gookamongous.

I'm not sure if Farrow's is a premium brand like Marks and Sparks or a budget Poundstretcher brand, which, in all fairness, could be 1 pea and 500 ml of juicaaaay.

my bloody girlfriend who's never seen a marrowfat pea in her life is in on this count now. We've enraptured the Americans in the need for points.

She's using all kinds of scientific and mathematic equations.

if we are allowed another guess on my account, the spouse guesses 151 peas (ridiculous in my estimation, ha!!!) and 115 mls of juice.

That completes the voting from the Virginian panel.

Just before I set off for the match, (I live on the south coast), I thought I'd set a closing time for estimates as 5pm today. Again, being the novice, I hope this complies with any rules.

Mornin' BFB,

Peeking through the new advert inspired letterbox format, I can see quite clearly that there are;

143 Farters,

and,

199 mls of Joooooooosay.

Three points for sure this afternoon.

Sorry the result is late -too much celebrating.

Anyway there were 161 peas and 115ml liquid.

I think charliekentucky had the closest for both but Claretdavid equalled the juice result. I am trying to check via a small screen whilst getting back home.

Apologies if I have not checked thoroughly enough but it has been a good day!
