Nice read... - view external link (www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/burnley-vs-citeh.1049182/)

Coincidentally I read that thread just a few minutes ago. It's quite amusing to see some of the doom-mongering.

I think Poyet will be gone in a few days. Naturally, I hope they keep him on as I think he's doing a fantastic job.

I hope not as SD is just the kind of manager Sunderland need and where he would do a great job IMO.

I can't imagine Dyche would be interested in Sunderland in their current position - he could do a lot better even if we get relegated.

seem to have plenty of money to splash on players which is what he needs to progress his undoubted management skills.

It would be a decent move for him if Sunderland were to stay up - but there's no guarantee and it's too close to the end of the season to say for sure. He would do well there though if given time.

If we go down, Dysche is all but guaranteed a job next year in the Prem.

What he has done with us is remarkable and there are plenty who recognize that.

There are many who believe that no matter what happens this season with us, he will be off to bigger and better things next season.

Either way, jumping ship now would do him no good.

Sunderland fans seem to feel they are doomed...so sad we did not beat them there...
