In the absence of any of the things normal companies send you like an email to confirm your order, how do I know that I have renewed?

I did mine on line and was given a reference number when it went through.

I got an email receipt and when I go online it shows in my purchase history.

I renewed my season ticket through the new instalment scheme a couple of weeks ago and was given a copy of my standing order instruction.

Having received no further communication from the Club I called the ticket office this morning to double-check my renewal was being actioned as,in the event of an administrative error of some sort, after the Early Bird deadline it might have been too late to retrieve the situation.

Check your spam folder for it there.

Phone call confirmed it.

Perhaps 'Pending' on the Purchase history screen means 'Bought' and, to be fair, there was a reference number but not sure I should assume that means a payment has been made (since none has yet until April).

Because I'm not local and wanted to take advantage of the no-fee credit I did it by letter; perhaps that's why I got no confirmation back as opposed to the other methods people have used.

I just emailed them requesting confirmation, they came back straight away.

Shows in Purchase History for me, and the email came through fine.

To another year! :D

Mine shows as pending but again I've not paid anything yet.

Don't rely on the purchase history.

I renewed in January and the details are not in my history and the points have not been added online.

But I have just been told that I am being shown as renewed on the Club system which is different from the online one that we see although my points have not been added on either system.

So is mine, but then again every season ticket I have bought since 2009 is also showing as 'pending' still :/ :D
