Why is this bigoted pish allowed to stay on this forum, does the non-sectarian SNP-government have to appoint czars to stop this nonsense ffs

It would be great to see all the home nations along with the Republic of Ireland at the Euros. Unfortunately someone slipped up yesterday.

Should all teams competing in International tournaments not be bona-fide Nations ? N Ireland does not come into that category, That said they have done really well,

Be great to see Northern Ireland make it, what an achievement from the wee country, their fans will brighten the tournament up and be sure of a good sing song, other sides supporters will love them.

Just as well the finals are not being held in Scotland or the NI fans would be at risk of arrest.

Isn't it incredible that a man like Stewarty who's whole life is dictated by his national identity would deride someone else's sense of national pride.

What a poisonous and disgusting individual he is.

Watch out folks Neilo's back from his Summer Boy Scout camp, Unlike you I have no sectarian axe to grind, I merely asked the question in a pure footballing sense, Your reaction and interpretation says more about you than it does about me, Anyway the question was should teams with a non-national status be allowed to compete in International competitions ? You have teams like Northern Cyprus for a long time the Faroe Islands were barred from playing in FIFA/UEFA competitions whilst teams like N Ireland were allowed, On present FIFA rules the Isle of Man are not allowed tho they are probably more autonomous than N Ireland,

Good luck to them but wouldn't it be great if we all had an easy group as NI with a top seed who lost home and away to The Faroe Islands while we have the World champions and Poland who are better than any team in NI group.

Northern Ireland's governing body (IFA) is one of the founding members of FIFA. It's actually the Republic of Ireland who broke away and formed their own team. Boot them out if you have an issue.

Some people could say that Scotland is'nt a bona-Fide nation either, their really just a region of Westminster.

There are many African and concaaff nations who want just one team from the United Kingdom.

Anyway from someone who remembers when n Ireland reached the World Cup in Spain, when the troubles were at their peak and yet we had Gerry Armstrong and billy Hamilton singing and partying happily after beaten the host nation.

For some reason all the home nations seem to go past the first round apart from scotland
