Thanks Dave for your usual entertaining report. I always think that your comments are not just amusing but have an insight which reflects the supporters views. I always look forward to your weekly diary of personal events and a mixture of football reporting. Keep it up - we exiles need your input when we are far away.

Totally agree Frenchclaret, although I'm only exiled in Leicestershire.

On holiday over the International break I read "Magical" and "Thanks for the Memories" both excellent as well as "My Father and Other Working Class Football Heroes" which is the highly readable and heartfelt story of the career of Scottish International winger and FA Cup winner Stewart Imlach by his son Gary. All recommended.
