"They include fraud, conspiracy to defraud, attempting to pervert the course of justice and being involved in organised crime.

The men are due to appear for a preliminary hearing on 16 October.

Craig Whyte and Charles Green first appeared in court last month after an investigation into the alleged fraudulent acquisition of the club in 2012.

Mr Whyte bought Rangers from Sir David Murray in 2011 for a nominal sum of 1 but it went into administration the following year.

A consortium led by Charles Green later bought Rangers' assets.

Indictments have been served against David Whitehouse, Paul Clark and David Grier, who were all working for administrators Duff and Phelps at the time.

A special thank you to her maj and her revenue service for making this all possible. She said no to the filthy hvns allowing chuckie and his posse to rip-off the animals and steal their hard-earned benefits. Hopefully they all get a fair trial but when you consider the CPS refused to prosecute a rapist simply because he was linked to deadco, a fair trial just ain't gonna happen, is it

You're not the fish I'm looking for so go fetch a towel and dry yourself off. Accusing Scotland's greatest manager of being complicit in child abuse is also a serious accusation, for 'these pages', feel free to step in there as well

Wouldn't waste my time trying to debate the point with knuckle draggers who try use child abuse to point score about football rivalries to be honest.
