View Full Version : Ulvestad

Why does Ulvestad have the backing of a lot of fans?

Has featured very little in his time here yet there are many who back him for success in the Premier League.

Is he a name that we will hear less of with a couple of good midfield signings or is he good enough to compete with what we have and who we bring in?

Subjective opinion I know but I have seen him play 3 times so far and for the life in me I cannot see why he does not get more game time in.

I think when his chance comes there will be no holding him.

He's certainly an enigma is our Freddie, very disappointed when he got injured when looking prominent, after that only a few games with one being a disaster by all accounts, Dyche must see something in him though.

He was awful at Fulham, so bad that Dyche stripped him of a start or bench spot for the rest of the season. In fact he wasn't even playing for the dev squad very end of the season. I wondered if Dyche had given him leave to get his head together or something.

Photos coming in from Evian suggests Freddie is back in the fold.

Saw him at Morecambe today in the first half and he looked good. Forward thinking, keeps the ball well, can beat a man, dribble and pass. Seems very intelligent in his play a bit similar to Blake in that respect.

Yep, he looked good last night.

I've never wanted a Burnley player to succeed so much.

Why is it I think it won't happen

Is he in the Norway squad or on the fringe of it? You'd think if he has the talent to play in the PL, he would be earning a few caps.
