I will start the guesses at 50m.

Home grown centre back-not injury prone, possible future England captain, top teams hunting him 1 year before his contract finishes,Burnley not stuck for the dosh........do i need to say more.
How much would you pay for him if you had the spending power of a top 4 team and needed him?

Starting at a minimum of 30 million then let them bid up ..Don't forget there's only a year left on his contract so that will keep the price down ..

"Undisclosed fee" of about 42 million! :D

Unfortunately we do not hold all of the aces. :(

A sell on clause of a decent amount is of the upmost importance too as I can see this players value give how more prices are hiking year by year is pathetic. he could be worth valuation wise in excess of 100M if he fulfils his full potential at his prime. I would not start negotiations at bids under 30M , would be more if he had more than the current 1 year left to run on his contract! :star:

More realistic 27m.

Offers to start around 20m but we refuse that and Clubs then come back with more.Limited though with only 1 year left on contract.

We are helped by the fact that several clubs with deep pockets want him. It only wants say Chelsea, Everton and City to get involved in a bidding war and who knows where it might end.

.

What would the big boys pay for a top Burnley player......less if we went down but more if we stay up...though more now that he's got the England Caps....and needs more quality games to prove himself......and less because he isn't a foreign name and from a big club.

20 - 27mil.

Pre season reports suggested Leicester were prepared to bid 18million.

Since then there have been some significant enhancements to Keane's value.

There is likely to be a bidding war for a player who may be in the running for Young Player of the Year.

I would not be surprised if the ' undisclosed' fee is in the region of 30 million.

If I am anywhere near the mark, together with another season's Premier League windfall, that should see some great quality players arriving next season.

We might even see the first 50 Thousand pound a week player playing in Claret and Blue.

Transfer fee's are over the top nowadays, If Stones was worth what he went for then Michael Keane should not be too far behind him, played his second international the other day and it didn't throw him one bit, it looked like he'd played 50 times before as he looked so comfortable.

I was just going to mention Stones!

The fact that Keane is a home-grown player also works in our favour - this is partly why City paid silly money for Stones.

Yes, only a year on his contract, but it's got to be near 30m.

35-40m would be my estimate.. He is worth what anyone is willing to pay.

You can see it turning into a bidding war, Citeh could do a lot worse than pair Keane with Stones and show Kompany the door.

MOM for me v Lithuania but Hoddle gave it 60minute , no touch in first 20min but scored goal Defoe , we think this may be for his work away from football with the ill young child he doing so you can forgive Hoddle on this occasion! :?

It might be down to the player who he joins if there is a bidding war- if he goes back to Man united, Ferguson will have more egg on his face after Pogba......My guess is he will stay up North or go to Real Madrid....
