Here we are halfway thru the season and we are in dire s.hit.
We look odds on for relegation and just completely capitulated in both cups.

I am sick of hearing 'it's the West Ham Way'

How do we fix the years of constant mismanagement that we seem to specialize in, non as bad as the current mob.

It's apparent that the two Dave's are either too pre-occupied with the Olympic stadium or clueless on managing a football club.
Why not appoint a GM (General Manager) to run the squad, the academy and the scouting dept. All of them are the worst I've ever seen.
All the franchises in the NFL have one and their primary responsibility is to manage the Salary cap and the squad. Based on what the two Dave's keep saying with regard to the pending fair play rules, this seems like an obvious appointment. If we already have one , then gore the useless c.unt!
