Dougie's an awful manager. Surely nobody can argue with that now. Can anybody honestly say they feel more confident that they'll see the teamsheet and where they'd previously have said "oh f*** off Coyle" they now say "excellent, bravo Doug".
If it's not plain negative, it's just smart for the sake of being smart, good performers are consistently rewarded with a place on the bench, players that regularly contribute very little rarely suffer the same fate, the ones that appear to have turned a corner are benched before they can continue to make progress, young players that he claims to think the world of regularly miss out on opportunities that they need and could be afforded, there's a clear lack of venom in the style of play but he will stick with it for no other reason than that it's modern.

The only justification left for not sacking him is the cost.

He should have been sacked weeks ago. It's not going to happen now tho'.

Freedman cannot motivate them he has lost the dressing room,i've just heard a caller on gmr saying he has heard through the grapevine we have turned into a private company because we are going into administration.

Theres summat very sinister going on behind the scenes thats for sure for the club to allow this fiasco to carry on, i never thought id say it but dougies method of management makes coyle seem an half decent manager as bizarre as that sounds what a ****in shambles
