Yaya Toure has escaped any form of action from the FA for his kick out at Canaries striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel at the weekend.
The incident was reviewed by a three-man panel of former elite referees XD But the panel were not of the unanimous decision that it was an act of violent conduct.
