Burnley boosted their hopes of automatic promotion with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Bolton at the Reebok Stadium.

Sam Vokes stroked home from close-range after Michael Kightly cross-cum-shot evaded everyone, before falling to the striker at the back post who obliged with a simple finish on 58 minutes.
