A bit of a mixed bag, some good signings and some poor ones, training schedule was basic, He cant stay in one place for long (looses interest in the job after a while).

Tremendous first season,but we faded badly after Carling Cup win,but still ended up with a top half finish.
Poor form continued into this season,with too many Europa League games interfering with league form .
Reports of poor training regime coupled with poor results in the league,with the West Ham away match highlighting the players lack of form and his disinterest in winning,which culminated in him being dismissed soon afterwards.
