Charlton ended the season in style with a hat trick from Callum Harriott and a clean sheet away at the Seasiders.
Both teams entered the break goalless with Blackpool having the better chances.
But all changed after half time when Harriott scored on 61 minutes with a neat finish. Harriott's second goal came on 82 minutes after being set up by Obika with an assured left footed strike.
Finally the third goal came on 90 minutes in normal time latching onto Joe Pigott's pass and firing low to the left of Blackpool GK Gilks.
A brilliant end to the season for Charlton's Callum Harriott with the Addicks finishing 18th just after Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield. Back to back wins at last at the very end and surely Jose Riga now must be in line for a contract to carry on his good work.
