How long has it been since we played Preston? May 2001?
I'd look forward to a day out at Deepdale. It'd be nice to see KD back at the Reebok as well.

Yes,I would like Preston to come up.

Probably my favourite team out of the other North West teams.

Handy for the away game also.

i'd like preston to be promoted as it means another local derby and it will be so funny to see kevin davis and craig davis play for them up front and batter our defence, how crazy would that be and embarassing for DF to have let our 2 big men go to our local rivals.

I use to luv the banter with preston your just a small town in chorley small town in chorley !

great times

Yes, I'm with blood on this one. Preston are my favourite other Lancashire club.

Remember some cracking FA cup ties in my early years.

Plus, me and my mate were coming home on the train from Charlton on Good Friday, and there were quite a few Preston fans in our carriage, they were all decent people and not behaving like your normal dickheads

Had the best day on train to play off final in 2001 all of us together, wanderers and Preston fans!

Sung songs and had a bit of banter all the way to Cardiff. and fair play to the Preston fans, just as much on the way home even though they were beaten

So would love Preston to get up!

Thanks for the support my fellow Lancastrians and would love to play you lot again and the rest of the local Derbies in the Championship. By the way we don't have to score as it could be 0-0 as there is no away goals rule but that's not likely and I certainly don't want to be put through the pens nightmare. If we do make it and are lucky enough to be in the Championship next season I expect to be bought a drink in Scott's Bar before our game ;D

Yep I was down at the millennium and had a great day out and fantastic atmosphere in all the local pubs. I know we got trounced that day but still a great day to remember.

Not trounced at all Gards as I remember it being a very close game separated by Farelly's goal, in the end the score looked more comfortable thanks to 2 break away goal near the end.

One of best away trips ever that, singing some song on the way home about "lovely Wolverhampton" went on forever and all Wanderers and North end fans singing it, brilliant

It's not looking too good for PNE now, 2-1 down at H/T and Rotherham look a pretty decent side. I think Dougie should take a look at Rotherham's young midfielder Ben Pringle, he looks a cracking little player.
