Another dire result leads to the inevitable sacking of Guy Luzon as Charlton Head Coach. I say inevitable as once the team entered the relegation three it was only a matter of time before the Gaffer would be replaced.

The Add1cks started well in the first 10 minutes but failed to score from any chances before Brentford took control and won a comfortable victory. Goals came from Swift on 27 minutes Judge on 55 minutes and Vibe on 86 minutes.

Charlton are now looking for a new manager and someone who will have their work cut out to keep the team in the Championship. Still it has been done before remember Riga and who was it last time, Guy Luzon after Bob Peeters. Whoever takes over this time needs to be more experienced in these situations and have a team of players willing to work harder.

Charlton players: Henderson, Solly, Bauer, Sarr, Fox, Gudmundsson, Cousins, Jackson (c), Moussa (McAleny 60), Watt (Ahearne-Grant 76), Makienok (Ghoochannejhad 56).

It will be interesting to see who your new manager will be, or you may be joining us ( the Lions) in Div 1.

Hi Claw, hope you are well. The interim manager is Karel Fraeye, he was Jose Riga's sidekick. Riga saved the club from relegation in 2014, but there again Fraeye doesn't really have much experience except in a Belgium lower division. Neil Harris seems to be having the Chris Powell effect at yours he just needs to keep it up, maybe we'll swap places.
