For or against?
Lots in social media this week about bring back the death penalty for child killers, police killers, terrorists et al...
My view is that killing is wrong, whether it be state sponsored or not. Might be a few caveats in there - self defence etc but essentially, if killing someone is wrong, then it is wrong, and state sponsored murder is no different.
What does the panel think? Should those who have tortured and murdered children and babies face the death penalty?

It wasn't an exhaustive list - my preference would be skinning and rubbed in salt, but allowed to heal... then do it again... etc..
