Cheap Admission to Gayfield on Saturday! Tell your friends! It's doing the rounds on twitter so to all that haven't already heard, the board are thanking the supporters of Arbroath with reducing the prices of entry this weekend for the crunch game against Alloa.

£8 for Adults
£4 for Concessions
£10 for Adult and child

It really would be a boost for the club and the team if we could get a huge home (and vocal) support for the biggest game this season.

Well done to everyone at the club for making this kind and important gesture! Very Proud of our wee club!

Ross County & St Mirren save us all from doom... Thankfully today we have been saved from going into perhaps the darkest depths of chaos. Yes League reconstruction is needed, but the method and madness that has been proposed certainly wasn't the way forward as it has been proved in other countries to be a shambles.

The fact is that none of the SPL or the top of Division 1 seem to care about the smaller teams in Scotland. Stewart Milne can throw the rattle out of the pram all he wants, but in one of the richest cities in the country and such a poor support he should be looking a little closer to home first.

We would have been thrown into a league of 18 where it would be clear after a few games that the remainder of the season would be game after game with nothing to play for, yet here we are with only three games to go in and still all to play for in so many of the leagues.
