NICE JOB, see what happens when you defend well!!...BTW, I would like to hear what everyone thought of today's defence. Also, According to bbc statistics our offence hit 6 shots and all 6 hit the target, that tells me that they are doing a good job waiting for the best chances!!

And all took was a brand new team of players prepared to train mre than a few hours a week, supported by a manager with a set of balls.

I thought the defence were tremendous. Man of the mach performance from Docherty, McPake is a natural captain, couple of hairy moments from Hanlon, but, like we have been saying for long enough, he looks like he will be a much better player with some experience beside him. I really enjoyed watching Kujabi. For someone so small he seemed to be excellent in the air. As for the run where he set up Doyle in the 2nd half, that was just class. Osbourne is brilliant in midfield. Hopefully once Carlos comes in we'll be able to command a lot more possesion. Even Gaz "only god can judge me" O'Connor seemed to e chasing everything down.

It's early days but I reckon this team can give us a pretty exciting 2nd half to the season. God knows we're due it!!!
