Last season, was the best football I had seen at the lane for a long time. I love pass and move football. I also watched the youth teams upto pembo leaving. The situation now, probably sees us in league 1 again next season. What about a complete overhaul of the coaching ethics and playing staff. We have young footballers, who under pembo, then Wilson, who could play on the deck, had pace, but needed experience. We have too many has beens, slow journeymen who keep picking up the paycheque and believe they can walk into clubs at a higher level. Sorry, you can't. That includes our best footballer, McDonald. I'm preparing to be shouted down for this, but why not look at the Swansea, Norwich, even crewe, wallsall, brentford blueprints. We are not going to get a great quality experienced but progressive manager, so look at a longer term project. Next season could be a time to build that young, pacey, footballing side, bringing through the likes of Kennedy, Ironside, mcfadzean, Chappell, Diego and Whitehouse. Nobody knows these lads better than pembo. Maybe a long shot, but I'm fed up of the hoof of overpaid, over the hill, end of career players, with no love for this club.
