An interesting point there about the great coated one. I did like him and his “schtreets” attitude to football and his “ if they score three we will score four mentality” we’re good traits. Has anyone got comparable stats for Sirrel, Warnock and Allardyce? I have a feeling that Big Sam would be at or near the bottom of that list. Didn’t we go about 20 games under his management before there was a League win?
Jimmy Sirrel, if I remember correctly, had wins in his first two league games.
