Fair enough then.
The points should be higher then to limit those that travel to away fans as well.
I see it states that all support with 165+ are guaranteed a ticket, which would suggest that there are only 2400 fans (think thats the allocation) that meet the threshold.
I see they have also made an arse of those who had black and gold.
Me and son in law have had 10 points deducted from account- yet my daughter was at exactly same games as us and she has 10 points more because she never had black and gold points deducted. So we have been penalised for actually having it 2 seasons ago
The problem is that we have over 10,000 season ticket holders and the allocation is only circa 2400.
Not all Season Ticket holders will be able to get a ticket, so they have to restrict in someway
The Season Ticket guarantees you a seat at home games both in the league and home cup games.
You also have a saving over attending every game buying individual tickets
I get that the ST is valued lower than in previous years in terms of prioritisation, certainly for this game, but will get prioritisation over non season ticket holders for games with a larger allocation
I was making a sly suggestion that those who take (took? do they even run any more?) Mike Wilson's charter flights to watch Manchester United rather than go to Pittodrie or Dens Park etc, might have something in common with AberDNA premium members who will want to go to a match in Burnley.
The same type of folks who took a day charter flight to Biarritz and back to watch Real Sociedad v Aberdeen.
You know you're on a proper European trip when you're being hustled onto a bus immediately after leaving the stadium, so that you can get back to the airport to beat a curfew. :P
