Not a bad shout at all, though I would have Diangana on the left to compliment Phillips on the right. For the first time in years we would then have two orthodox wingers and two orthodox strikers.
As for the midfield I would go with Mowatt and AGH, but Livermore is a Brucie man so we might be stuck with him.
Hopefully our players will play for an experienced manager who has played and managed at the highest level.
It's probably the worst Albion team for years but it's still better than most in this division.
As for the fickleometer, so far I have Brucie at 70% of doing a good job.
I do feel that there are a lot more positive vibes regarding Bruce's appointment than I expected. This is no bad thing but we mustn't expect miracles straight away although he hasn't got a great deal of time this season before turning it around.
I agree Leicester but at least playing football like QPR or Blackburn is not a big ask - not as if they have more quality in their squads than our own.
I feel there will be a good response to Bruce and O'Shea will be like a new signing for him. Bruce knows Carroll, Livermore and Johnstone too having worked with them.
I voiced a firm negative response to the appointment but will admit now I over reacted somewhat.
