Matchday Information.

The Highways Agency and South Yorkshire Police are anticipating heavy traffic congestion on the A628 in the area surrounding Dave Shaw's Chipoyle, Dodworth, as dinner time queues form to buy a fish (no meyt) dinner to recognise Good Friday protocols.

Police advise building in an extra 20 minutes to journey times.

At Grove Street discussions are underway with Oakwell Catering. Fan Zone outlets, Oakwell Sandwich Shop and Burger Vans as to what is appropriate to sell on Good Friday. The newly formed Fans Advisory Board will be consulted.

Not for me Animal. Its oreight if tha likes ova cooked fish at a hefty price. It used to be very nice burrits gone darnhill in recent times imo since they moved premises.

Best chipoyle imo rarnd 'ere is the one across frum Mount on Langdale Rooard which wo recently tekken ova by a rather nice and friendly chap. He's only oppun on Friday evenings and Setdy afts. Tha best guin on a Friday tear time because he cooks fresh to order but its definitely worth the wait. He fries in beef dripping too which meks a world o difference and gives fish and chips a traditional flavour and at a very reasonable price. Best av ed in yonks to be honest wi thi.
