Was in Coxy and have watched it again on DeeTV highlights.
100% penalty all day long from both aspects.
Thought it was clear penalty, but no sure after watching on Alloa tv
There was a hand ball immediately before the stramash. I thought it was an alloa hand but have read that it was a Dee hand so there could have been a free kick to Alloa before the penalty incident.
