First half was more painful than listening to a Can album. Credit to Bradley who’s given me no confidence in the past he was dominant today, and great pass from Smith who made a difference generally today

Don’t despair Sith…not like you. According to the DT, Gayle completed his medical and all the relevant paper work on Friday. All down to EFL ratification now and apparently the sale of Bird puts all our finances in the right place so…what could possibly go wrong? :O
Hopefully will go through. Good news that waggy will be back in training this week too.
As I understand it there isn't an issue just needs formal approval. Washington is said to be back beginning of March as well. Its a blow losing Collins and Warne has not had the best of luck with injuries, even accounting for those who say he should not have signed an injured player, Rooney was a blow, Washington, Collins, CBT, Ward, Sibley, NML, John-Jules. One has to gamble in the circumstances Derby are in, sometimes it works out sometimes it doesn't.
All signings are a gamble I guess. Look at Strupar, no injury record to talk of then comes to Derby and had loads.
Agree we aren't in a privileged position though right now with the shackles we have.
I see Stephen Pearce was quoted last Tuesday as saying ‘Derby County have never been in a better financial position’. Bold statement…bodes well for next season.
It does but I still don't see us returning to anywhere close the spending under Mel Morris. I'd imagine it to be more akin to GSE days.
Gawd, is he still on the payroll....
