And was past it

I would encourage a youngster to ply his trade under our current coach, if not ready/good enough, at least the opportunity is given elsewhere while we pay the wages, why does the cream of the current crop sign on for long term?.......perhaps the experts/ex players on here know better than others obviously, that aside.....Ryan Fraser would have been treated today in a different manner than what Pa Broon/Wiggy did and thought what was best for them/club.

Ryan Fraser is a wee rat b’stard
I know McInnes has signed some pish strikers and I agree he is an idiot for getting rid of the one striker he signed who actually scored goals.
But do you really think when McInnes does go we are going to sign quality strikers all of a sudden?
I think the lists that we just posted will continue after he is gone because of our budget, let’s be honest this thread was bumped because we won so there has to be a stick to hit McInnes with.
I know we won’t but if we won at Hibs on Tuesday and the pigs on Saturday there would still be a thread like this on Sunday slating McInnes.
Why do the cream ofthe crop sign on probably because it’s guarenteed money whose going to sign someone who hasn’t played 1st team. How many players has Derek in his managerial career actually promoted to the 1st team.
Before anyone says the selection and coaching is the program well whose decision is it to employ them
Yeah Fraser would have been player of the game and then dropped for no reason if Derek was in charge
Tommy Rae, Barrie Mitchell, Billy Pirie, Andy Harrow, Keith Edwards, David Zdrilic, Fernando Pasquinelli....
Didn't we try to re-sign Dennis Wyness when he was at Caley but he knocked us back to sign for Hearts? No great loss as he had clearly found his level at Caley.
On the other hand, Michael Hart was re-signed from Livi and was eventually one of Calderwood's most consistent performers.
