Other than russian ultras charging innocent men, women and children in the stadium, and a few you tube clips of groups of russians picking off single or English fans in pairs, there is no flogging, and why would you find that funny you gormless nonce. Just for the record, it seems as soon as the Russians meet similar sized groups of English they retreat, or wind up in hospital.
